[He doesn't mind her backing up a bit and lets her go while keeping a hand on her waist. She's right, he does want a clearheaded answer, one that says that she's really thought about this or perhaps think about it now to examine how she really feels.

So when she does speak her feelings on this, it makes Joshua smile. It warms his heart.]

Me too. You're the only one I've ever thought about being with like that. [Well, isn't this a blush fest. But his expression is soft, sincere, content.]

However, I feel the same. I mean, I know what to do, but... yeah getting there. [He laughs a bit. Relieved? Happy? Probably a mix of all sorts of positive emotions.]

And I also feel the same about wanting you, and all of you. [He's not moving in at all, since he's also not suggesting they do things right now either. Just knowing that they're both okay with moving in that direction is more than enough and elates him.

There's also sure red and pink roses popping up everywhere. Showing just how happy he is.]

[And there they both go-- Estelle is beaming at him, still blushing, but the air around them both is sparkling just a little bit with her happiness. She giggles when the roses pop up, twining the fingers of one of her now free hands with one of his. Those roses might be sparkling too, matter of fact.

She regretted not realizing his feelings sooner, realizing her own sooner-- thinking of how it'd probably hurt him. But at the same time, it warmed her heart to know he loved her so much, too.]

I think we'll just know when it's the right time, you know? Or.... mood, or whatever.

[Something like that, anyway. His contentment is mirrored on her own face, because not only hearing from his lips how he felt-- but hearing how considerate he was being of her, made her happy.] And when that happens, we both know what we want.

Yes, whenever it happens, it will happen.

[Joshua most certainly won't force it. He wants it to be the right time for both of them. He squeezes her hand, the one that twined fingers with his.

She never hurt him, not once. In fact, it was quite the opposite. He was always afraid of hurting her. Yet he's seeing right now that his fear was unfounded. For the moment, he's going to move in and press his forehead against hers.]

Just know that whenever you're ready, I will be too.

[She leans against him a little, content with this simple contact for the moment and smiling softly. She was kind of glad, honestly, that they'd had this talk-- it cleared up a few things for the both of them, and meant whatever they did going forward, they could be more comfortable knowing where each other's comfort lay.]

Yeah.... same here.

[She lets her shoulder lean against his, just enjoying the feel of him next to her for a bit.]

[Yeah, honestly knowing each other's comfort is a huge thing. They've been pretty good at reading each other's moods, now that Joshua thinks about it. And like he said, when it happens it happens. It's nice that they didn't turn this awkward (which was what could have potentially happened) and instead are just enjoying each other's company.

He couldn't be more blessed or happy right now.]

For now, can we stay like this?

[He moves back against the couch so they're shoulder to shoulder as he rests his head atop hers. It probably spoke volumes how happy and content he is now -- that he can have all of this.]

[it was huge. Estelle trusted Joshua completely, because no matter how insecure he might feel sometimes, she knew absolutely that he'd alway be mindful and considerate. That was why they could have conversations like this, really, without her feeling awkward.]

Mmhm! Just what I was thinking.

[She wasn't cold anymore, but Joshua was still warm, the room itself had gotten quite cosy, and she'd never turn down a chance to just be close to him like this for a little longer. Eventually they'd have to think about dinner, but for now, they could cuddle up together and relax.]
